Effective from: 24 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between GSF Robotics and AI Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users of Taktic (the "System"). When a user signs in for the first time and clicks to accept, the user is deemed to have read and agreed to these terms.

If the user or the user's organization has a contract with the Company (such as an employment contract, a project contract or a non-disclosure agreement) and that contract conflicts with these terms, that contract prevails.

2. What the System is

A project management system for the teams of the Company, its customers and its business partners. It is used for work planning, assigning tasks, sprints, timelines, documents, comments and tracking project progress.

3. User accounts

Accounts are created only by the Company's system administrator (Admin). Access to each project is set by the PM or Admin.
Users must keep their password and connection tokens (MCP) confidential, must not let anyone else use their account, and should change their temporary password after signing in for the first time.
If you suspect your account has been used without authorization, report it immediately to contact@gsf-company.com.
Users are responsible for actions taken through their account and tokens.

4. Acceptable use

Users must use the System only for work on projects they have been granted access to, and must not:

Record or upload content that is unlawful, infringes copyright, is defamatory, or violates the privacy of others
Record sensitive personal data (such as health data, religion or criminal records), national ID card numbers, or individuals' financial information, unless it is necessary for the work and authorized
Record passwords, API keys or credentials for other systems in tasks, comments or documents
Upload files containing malware, or files intended to damage the System
Attempt to access projects, data or accounts they are not authorized to access, perform penetration testing, or bypass permission checks, without written authorization
Use automated systems (including MCP tokens) to send requests in volumes that affect other users
Use or disclose project data for anything outside the purpose of the work

5. User data and content

Data recorded in a project (tasks, comments, documents and files) is project data. Rights in the content are governed by the contract between the Company and the customer or user [[Counsel to determine]]
Users permit the Company to store, process and display that content to the extent necessary to provide the System.
Users warrant that they have the right to upload that content.
Project data is confidential and available only to project members, unless a PM / Admin creates a share link (Section 6).
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

A PM / Admin can create a link that lets external parties view a project status summary without signing in.
The person creating a link must first check that the information to be shown is appropriate for the recipients, and send the link only to people who should see it.
Anyone who obtains the link can open it until the link is revoked ("Revoke").

7. AI features

AI features work only when the Company has enabled them and the user chooses to use them.
The relevant text is sent for processing to an external AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) abroad, as described in the Privacy Notice.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users must review it before saving or using it, and are responsible for the content they save.
Do not use AI on documents that a contract or non-disclosure agreement prohibits from being sent outside the organization.

8. Service and availability

The Company makes efforts to keep the System available continuously, but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will not be lost, unless the contract with the customer provides otherwise.
The System may be taken offline for maintenance from time to time, with advance notice where possible.
Users should also keep copies of important files elsewhere. The System provides export functions (xlsx / csv and documents).
The Company may change, add or discontinue features.

9. Suspension and termination of accounts

The Company may suspend or delete an account when the working relationship or project ends, when the user breaches these terms, or to prevent harm to the System or to others.
When an account is deleted, its data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. The project's work data (tasks, documents) remains in the project.

10. Intellectual property in the System

The software, design, marks and content of the System (excluding user content) belong to the Company or its licensors. Users have no right to copy or modify the System, or to use it to provide services to others.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the System.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Changes to these terms

The Company may amend these terms. If a change is material, it will be announced in the System at least 30 days in advance, and users may be asked to accept the terms again. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
